Buyer Be Ware

I recently used Scratch n Sniff and had a terrible experience. My keys had been lost only a week after I hired this company to walk my dog. I came in the next day to complain and asked where they keep the keys (to see if I could possibly find mine) and she pulled out a shoe box full of 100's of keys. I have used another company in CA before and they have a rack with maps. If this is how they run a business I want no part in it, and nor should YOU!
