Begin adding flour slowly, ½ c. a time mixing well after each addition. When you have a doughy constituency, knead with your hands for 3-4 minutes on a floured surface. Add more flour if necessary so you have a stiff dough. Roll it out to ½” thickness. Cut into desired shapes and place on greased baking sheet (can use parchment paper for quicker cleanup). Bake one hour. Turn off oven and let sit in oven overnight do dry out.
