Apple Cinnamon Dog Treats
Ingredients: 1 c. Natural Applesauce(or chopped apple) 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1 Tbl. Parsley 1 c. Cold water 1/2 c. Veg. Oil 5 c. Flour 1/2 c. Powdered milk or Cream of Wheat 2 large Eggs
Refrigerate dough for 1.5 hours or overnight.
Directions:
Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients -- Refrigerate for 1.5 hours. Next, knead dough on a on a well-floured surface. Add more flour if necessary and roll out to desired thickness. Cut into fun shapes using cookie cutters. Bake 20 -25 minutes until browned.
Makes about 45 treats. They freeze well. They'll last up to two months in the refrigerator or 3-5 days at room temperature.
