This Easy Homemade Chicken Dog Treat Recipe is Simple and Tasty

Chicken “Bones”

Using a bone cookie cutter you can make this cute and easy homemade chicken dog treat recipe for your dog in under an hour.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rye flour
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 egg -- beaten
1/2 teaspoon honey
3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth (or water)
1-2 to teaspoons flaxseeds
1 jar organic baby food, chicken flavored-- strained

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Roll dough out on a floured surface. Cut out bone shapes using a cookie cutter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Let cool overnight in the oven with the heat off.
