Miss Belle Dallas in Alberta

She smiles and stares into your eyes and then starts wagging her tail which makes her whole back end sway. That's how she got her nickname "Wiggle Bum". She makes snow angels in the snow and then gets up, shakes it off, and "talks" to you, rather than a bark!
