Parafin Wax is what makes the yogurt harden and keep stable

Yup I said parafin wax. I guess you mix it in with the yougurt just like you would chocolate and it makes it harden. It's what the doggie bakeries use. Has a shelf life of 3-6 months without refrigeration but keeping it stored under 72 degrees.
