Scratch and sniff may not be the worst service in town but that is ONLY because the staff cares for our animals so much. However, it is run by someone who is so unprofessional, it's scary!!!! NEVER EVER leave your animal in the care of the owner. The rest of the staff makes that buisness run. Not the owner. Don't believe any lie she tells you about her business. You're best bet is to not hire them. I partially agree with the entry before mine, in that she treats her employees like utter garbage but they keep going for the love of the
animals.
