Xylitol, Stevia, and Artificial Sweetners POISON to dogs

Don't use artificial sweeteners for dogs! I make homemade treats for my dogs, and I asked my vet about these. She said that they are NOT safe. It is better to use honey, or sugar in very small amounts. After all, treats should be given sparingly.
