Xylitol, Stevia, and Artificial Sweetners POISON to dogs

Don't use artificial sweeteners for dogs! I make homemade treats for my dogs, and I asked my vet about these. She said that they are NOT safe. It is better to use honey, or sugar in very small amounts. After all, treats should be given sparingly.

Yes it is a natural leaf. Why would you give a dog sweeteners anyway.? Doesn't mean it is poison to us. Chocolate is poison to dogs but we eat it and love it.

Isn't stevia a natural sweetener not an artificial sweetener?
